MATERIAL & DESIGN

Permanent magnet synchronous motors are built by using permanent neodymium Iron Boron (NdFeB) magnets embedded in the steel rotor to create a constant magnetic field and won’t loss of field at 1800
C, its winding made with Class F insulation and processed with double varnish impregnation, ensure that the coils can withstand abnormal voltage fluctuations and the impact of multiple types of harmonics.

The stator inside the motor carries windings connected to an
AC supply to produce a rotating magnetic field. Then at synchronous speed, the rotor poles lock to the rotating magnetic field.

 

The inherent efficiency of a permanent magnet motor is higher than an induction motor. Both motors use a three-phase design through fully optimized performance. The eddy current losses in permanent magnet motors will be far lesser than in induction motors. Moreover, the slippage as in like induction motors is eliminated in permanent magnet motors thereby improving the heat efficiency.

It has the feature of high energy saving by tracing the loading power and changes speed while the system is running at partial load and
maintains the efficiency level as high as when it is running at full load. While comparing with other frequency conversion induction motor,
permanent magnet motor has a wider range of speed control, more excellent in performance, and keep efficiency level high while running at
lower speed, much better performance efficiency than IE4.
The permanent magnet synchronous motor designed to work from -150C to +450C ambient.

Advantages of RMX Series

Low torque ripple

This motor has a low torque ripple and hence can generate constant torque.It can maintain full torque at low speeds.

High efficiency

These motors full-load efficiency is higher than an AC induction motor.It's a rotor magnet made by using a permanent magnet,so this motor has high effieciency.

High power density

The smaller size and less coil make a high-power density.So,it makes high speed at a low noise level.The heat transfer is also better,and the cooling system is simple.

Low maintenance cost

These motors have not any brushes,so it has a low maintenance cost.But it needs to high initial cost.

Low heat generation

It has only stator winding and no brushes,so its heat generation is low compared with brush motor.Because its rotor hasn't any coil,so heat generation is less.

Compact & Small Size

It may offer a smaller size for more compact mechanical packages.

DC Power Source

Don't need an extra DC power source for it. The AC supply is provided on the stator and the permanent magnets are on the rotor.

The conventional fixed speed compressors work with the principle of full-load and no-load control operating between two pressure set points. The compressor goes off load
when the pressure reaches maximum set pressure and power consumed during the idle running can be excessive and large amount of energy wasted
